What we collect
- Account details: your email address, and display name and photo if you provide them.
- Content you create: the personas you build, the conversations you hold, and the empathy maps you generate.
- Basic usage counts: a daily message and artifact tally, used only to keep the free service from being abused.
- Anonymous try-it sessions: if you use the app without signing in, a signed cookie tracks a short message limit. No personal data is attached to it.
How your conversations are processed
When you chat with a persona or generate an empathy map, the message content is sent to an AI provider to produce a response. This is necessary for the app to function. Conversation content is not used to train AI models, and is not sold.
Please don't paste genuinely sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information into a conversation.
Who processes your data
The app relies on a small number of trusted third-party service providers for authentication, data storage, hosting, and AI model access. Your data is handled under their respective terms and processed only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Your content is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual personas, conversations, and empathy maps at any time from your library.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your entire account from your account page. This removes your login, all your personas, conversations, messages, and empathy maps. This action cannot be undone.
Cookies
The app uses only essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one to track the anonymous try-it message limit. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised policy.
