AI Persona is offered as-is, free to use. By using it, you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and reasonable.
What the app is
AI Persona lets you define fictional user personas, hold AI-generated conversations with them, and turn those transcripts into empathy maps. It is a tool for exploration and early-stage design thinking. The personas are simulations, not real people, and their responses are AI-generated and may be inaccurate.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the content you create. You can manage or delete your account at any time from your account page.
Acceptable use
Please don't use AI Persona to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or hateful.
- Impersonate a real, identifiable individual in a misleading or harmful way.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Submit genuinely confidential or sensitive personal data into conversations.
Your content
You keep ownership of the personas and content you create. You grant the app permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service (including sending it to the AI provider to generate responses). See the Privacy Policy for details.
Fictional characters
Some featured personas are inspired by well-known fictional and historical figures, offered purely for fun and illustration. Their names and characters remain the property of their respective rights holders; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
No warranty
The app is provided “as-is”, without warranty of any kind. It may change, break, or go offline at any time. AI-generated output may be wrong, so don't rely on it for important decisions without your own judgement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of AI Persona are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, so use your own judgement for any decisions that matter.
